My wife and I used to do flips in this area, and I have a couple listings along with long term rentals I manage in the area..For the co-host, they typically do not handle permitting and other items like that (this can be agreed upon between you and the co-host.

Some want a real villa and they want it tailor-made so their only option is to have the villa built for them.

I have read some stuff about some issues they had in the far past on a development, but that was before they built their current hotels, Kasa Parota & Kasa Riviera Maya.

If you want to hire to have this built out and are willing to either pay good money for it or agree to 10% profit of anything that comes through it, I'd be happy to help build it out.

Well, generally it means that the living spaces in the home need to be built about the Base Flood Plain Elevation.

Ok to be like Fox News Fair and Balance this is a 90 home project I own and have been building out the last 3 years.. on top of the 300 homes i have built over the last 10 years.These are the type of firms that have big cataloges of ready plans . 

There are so many contingent items that can arise. 

Once you have sufficiently built up your leverage, you can make a pitch  to someone with cash to and they may bite.
