If you are selling a note, that potential buyer then has a business interest and need to know.Not only is disclosure of personal information a legal issue, violation of law, but it's certainly unethical and tossing out unnecessary personal information shows a gross lack of professionalism in your business dealings.The only thing you put on a note and security agreement, option, or other financing agreement is the LMO license # and on the HUD, nothing else.
