This is a master bath that has two rooms (one with a shower/toilet and the other with a jetted tub and two vanities). 

* Does the seller has the right to keep the deposit money and deduct what ever he wants(Technically the tenant has not move out jet)?

These guys were working on a pipeline ( welders)   2 were jet mechanics working out of BWI airport .

The boards that run front to back that jet out of the house actually go into the house and are attached to the roof joists for the first story ceiling.

And if you own a fair size mortgage company its private jets and super bowl trips.  

He left a jet ski/trailer in the unit, so I couldn't move it out and get a new tenant in there.

AS for travel we live in the JET age we are all so blessed for less than 1500 dollars you can be anywhere in the world in 20 to 15 hours and in 24 you can fly AROUND  the world.

We live an hour away so get to use it when we want to.I keep our boat and jet skiis at the dock.

I think the liablity is too high on boats and jets skiis, but I do supply a canoe, kayaks and a paddle boat.

Of course I rarely if ever would actually physically do this I would hire a clean out crew. but to save those expense's and dump fee's the garage sale works wonders.I just looked at one today.. it was a 100 by 130 metal building literally stacked to the rafters ( 30 feet tall.) with all manner of care machines metal bikes trikes snow mobiles jet ski's campers.
