These portfolio loans help take out the initial private $ loan for cash purchase and rehab, and are essentially commercial loans that look at the properties DCR and ARV.A portfolio lender will not lend to an individual and will only lend to a business entity like an LLC.If you are a serious investor and don't want to be hindered by the amount of loans in the conventional world of Fannie or Freddie, then a LLC's access to portfolio loans might be a huge benefit.

I definitely  see these types of facilities available to locals investors though. once you go over the 4 loans sometimes cash reserves that are required hinder borrowing ability..

, do they smell bad, do they keep eye contact, do they ask any questions that would hinder our policies/rules, are they rude or short answered when asked questions, did they arrive late to the showing, are their kids running wild through the home you're showing them, who will be living there, and how quickly do they need to move in?

I like I remind folks that judgements against them, registered at Court of Queens Bench, will become a publicly searchable document & hinderance to many things including but not limited to: - obtaining utilities in their name- obtaining a loan -obtaining the latest iPhone on credit-obtaining future housing-obtaining employment Bob can continue to pay his friend to pretend he’s a lawyer (or maybe he really is?)

Giving up your leverage reduces your ROI percentage, increases your exposure to liability, and hinders you from making more purchases.Of course there have been too many who have "over-leveraged" but I am speaking from responsible leverage practices and not the opposite.

My stupid allergies hinder a lot of roommates, and I've never been around Middle Eastern cooking (no restaurants like that even) here so I'm not sure if that would bother my allergies.
