Perhaps a professional drawing of the repair showing lumber sizes and connections (screw sizes, bolt sizes and quantities, spacing, etc.) would help your cause.

For me my goal is not necessarily the quantity but quality of applications and less can be more. 

And maybe there is a discount in your mind for a "known quantity."

Further, it may sound great on paper that the quantity of Bitcoin can not be increased, but the pragmatic reality is that, as we get closer to that max quantity, the time and expense of "mining" the next coin takes longer and costs more.

You have to have harmony in the building or it’s gonna be a nightmare with high turnovers .
