Hey FredWe market year round STR on all the platforms (15+ total) and then also on Zillow and Furnished Finder to try to fill the slower months MTR.

I’ve found some great contacts on platforms like here on BiggerPockets and local Facebook groups.Educational seminars and workshops are also great places to meet potential partners.

Hi folks,Does anyone know of platforms other than AirBnb that allow to rent out private rooms as an STR?

From a platform standpoint, AirBnb is too powerful.

I didn't know the Bigger Pockets platform was founded this early.

Such as the platform discussed in the original post.

I don't know that I would gamble and say you could sell it if it doesn't work out, you could be holding it for some time.

Are there any online platforms or institutions you recommend for studying real estate principles, market analysis, and property management?

I've tried 5+ different platforms and it's by far the best. 

Other platforms like RentRedi are so overloaded with features and require additional subscriptions that I gave up on it --- Baselane was simple as hell and did those things better IMO but is missing some core pieces.What platforms do you love for the above items?
