Or should I say, what are my options for paying the taxes if I don't do a land contract....I know in a LC the buyer would theoretically pay taxes....does that have to be done through a note-servicer or can I facilitate the payments?

@Carol DonaldsonCustodian do not setup IRA owned LLC, you need to use a facilitator to get that done, the fees vary depending on the service provider and the amount of service you will receive.
