I have never had a good experience with them as an agent, and just recently had them bait and switch a buyer (I had the seller) AT THE CLOSING TABLE.  

He'd send out photos, videos of some of this as well as where he purchased gear, bait, etc. 

If so, you have options that don't require income and employment history like traditional financing does.

Many investors fall victim to bait and switch because they do not understand how lenders are feeling right now and what a realistic interest rate/fee structure really looks like.
