For me, I choose the one with a future, one that embraces technology, one that offers limitless possibilities and one where I can keep more of what I make.There are many great brokerages to work for out there, however, very few of them can offer a commission split as favorable as eXp from my research, very few of them (none that I have found) can offer you ownership in the company via stock (some of which s free, some of which is purchased at 80% of market value), and very few of them offer you additional income streams other than your earned commissions (and I don’t even count KW in that as there plan is so insignificant it is not worth mentioning).

So, seeing what you all wrote three years ago makes me not care about clerical and embrace that I am both titles!
