I have owned a few homes in my travels while serving in the US Air Force.

What would you recommend regarding materials and appliances for a kitchen rehab intended to serve dual purpose as a rental property kitchen and a flip/resale property?

You would lose a lot of heat to the ambient air. 

We hope it's just ghosting from the air, humidity, and or lack of insulation.

My Spouse & I are both dual military so If im right, there might be a slight benefit there. 

The biggest question still up in the air is: Do you have to hold a single property in an OZ via an Opportunity Fund for 10 years to receive 100% deferred capital gains on appreciation, OR can you essentially 1031 exchange every 2-3 years across multiple opportunity zones and still get the 100% deferred capital gains.

Now he is recommending that we also air test the rest of the house.
