Can I ask why you are looking for a turnkey company vs working with an investor friendly realtor who has a network for you.

We’re focused on building a strong network in San Antonio and its surrounding areas since our goal is to acquire two properties per year to enhance our portfolio.We’ll be in San Antonio next week or possibly the week after and would love to connect with local professionals—property managers, contractors, investors, lenders, and others.

-of the people who are interested, most will want a price that is too high.so out of that, you might get a small number of actual leads / motivated sellers.with that said, though, are you networking with investors and wholesalers? 

The delivery of the cabinets, countertops and vanities was a little problematic.

GC can end up cheaper bcus they already have established network with subcontractors. still, it's good to seek out those plumbers, flooring, painters etc to build your own estimate too.
