Also, it could be a good way to find people who have experience in a particular area for the past few years.I recently tried creating a new thread & asking for broker recommendations/referrals on the forums - but Bigger Pockets told me my post was deleted because it asked for an endorsement, which is too commercial, or something to that effect.

So, I will concede that the analogy was a poor one (I will delete) but you're kind of missing the overall point, and I disagree that this has no deleterious impact on the seller.

So you can either credit your checking account (but delete the check you input earlier as this will double count it) or you can credit the same account that you used when you input the check (which will zero out that account).
