When the male tenant moved out, you should have made decisions about the female tenant.

Any thoughts on if this might be a smart decision or if I should just rent equipment and write-off the costs?

My dad taught me decent financials growing up and I'm the only one in my family who hasn't made a financially poor decision(some sort of bad debt or bankruptcy.)
