I suppose with so many variables commissioning a new build, is not necessarily cheaper than buying an existing one house I will definitely reach out to you again, even if I go the route of renovating and existing property

In my local area, we have the (Michigan State Housing Development Authority, Grand Rapids Housing Commission, Kent County Housing Commission (and other counties), The Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), etc.)What I like: Tenant is getting assistance from the govt so they only have to pay a portion of their rent.
