Cast iron is out. 

Forever we were forced to use cast iron and clay tile, even though cast iron was much more expensive and required a lot more labor to install and clay tile was much more expensive as well and much more susceptible to tree root damage.

We are ramping up infrastructure and events will be live casting and turned into FIRE Wizards ‘best lessons” podcasts.  

I had the basic understandings from watching some youtube videos, reading through bp discussion , and a few books and pod cast.

I'm newbie in all aspects in real estate, I'm trying to learn while navigating through these web site.Does anyone know where can I find the rookies pod cast episodes.
