The Feds won't be able to increase the Interest rate, because the US debt level has gotten so high and banks are still under stress with low prior loan rates, but high interest costs.

I’m not only working on my case with these buyers and a DeKalb Pastor & Chaplain of DeKalb Sherriff Office on over 2.5M...but this now appears to be related to a HUGE Mortgage Fraud Criminal Ring here in Metro Atlanta with quite a few of confirmed fraudulent documents on many properties as more evidence shows up.Some of the names I have confirmed provided or created fraudulent bank statement, operating agreements and forged QCD docs to obtain mortgages illegally then allow them to foreclose.

Bank came back and said we maxed out our DTI so they only give us 115 grand  and not the whole 250g.

I did not care about the interest rate much because I am thinking banking is like a leech sucking up your hard earn money.

You have a good amount to plunk into a strong multifamily property in Northern New Jersey, but you will be banking on appreciation more than cash flow.

Banks typically require 30% down minimum on condo-tels, many banks won't even lend on them (again, not sure about your market).
