My biggest advice would be to set a goal, 10x it, 10x it again, and half the time you allotted yourself to get there and stay determined to hit them and get creative.In the next 3-5 years, a the tsunami of big data, and the behemoth agencies wielding such data, will wipe out almost all of your small time agents because they just won’t be able to compete.

Update: I got in touch with the code enforcement agency and they said that the property is obviously uninhabitable.

I’ve been working with a credit repair agency for about 9 moths with lots of success.

Are agencies even open to that?

If you are not selecting them because of credit reasons you must formally notify them in writing of the reason and also the credit reporting agency that you used. 

Just let your agency know and they should be able to help you.

Considerations: From the agency law perspective, if the agent didn’t complete its due diligence or didn’t disclose their middle role as an agent in the transaction, what responsibility will he take?
