My town even has a $25.00 permit for installing a new torilet and if I was afraid that I later on it would break and cut someones *** because of how I installed it, I would get that permit and hire a license plumber to install it.

Here is my take on NRU:You have several types of people involved in NRU-You have the MLM type people that sell the opportunity, -You have the novice real estate investor who is taught by NRU that if you sell some of the educational benefits you can have money to buy real estate, and then,-You have the real estate investor who is seeking knowledge but at the same time is not afraid to apply that knowledge and take action.It is easy to put down a program.
