You can also visit some local investor groups to see what their experiences are like for finding tenants as their advice will be more tailored to your market.

While some may prefer a single treatment, opting for an annual plan with quarterly visits often pays off, especially if termites are common in your area.

I don't know Seattle's market, but I love to visit the area.
