Yes indeed, always those small details that throw a monkey wrench into it, "owner occupied" .Ron Steele I know HomePath by Fannie Mae has some options for investors with both Mortgages and Mortgages with Renovation costs built in available, I believe its only for homes they are selling but no shortage in my area.
