Quantify the risk and see if you should buy it. 

I'm willing to consider other locations, however, if they are exceptional for a less-quantifiable reason (and otherwise pencil as a good deal).I have been at this for a little over a year.

Here's why:You just might be responsible enough to handle a payment option neg-am i/o ARM, but the other 50 people who must be offered the same products under the same terms if they are similarly situated on paper ("responsibility" is hard to quantify on paper), to comply with various equal lending laws, are not.

My answer to the "how much BP money" was "Hard to quantify, but networking keeps me inspired". 

I realize there are other variables that are harder to quantify, like neighborhood, status of building, how recently has it been updated, etc.

Perhaps this is where the art in our craft comes into play, but my question is this:When you are looking at a property in which the numbers appear to work, what criteria are you using to evaluate the non-quantifiable aspects of a potential rental property?

These questions need to be quantified more thoroughly if you want a useful answer, but I'll run through the broad strokes.You can get up to 10 (in some cases) FHA insured loans.  

By quantifying the number of assets, will help you determine:  required equity and debt. 

I cannot even quantify for you the value that's added to my life.  

Are there any quantifiable rules of thumb for these things?
