If I want $750,000 to start to rehab my once beautiful hurricane Florence ravaged city of New Bern, NC, does the buck stop with DoHardMoney?

I want to keep my ROI between 20 & 25% and get the max bang for my buck starting out so I can grow.   

Also, a few hundred bucks a week is usually small compared to the grand scheme, but can be huge for those guys.

We are doing a new rehab project in Bucks County PA.

I would look for good stuff at a good price or the biggest bang for the buck.

Each property should add a few bucks per month to your umbrella cost. 

Purchased small mixed use lot South of Atlanta (ITP), and I am trying to determine what to build to get the most bang for the buck.

I normally put in my analysis a travel budget of 500-700 bucks (you could do it for way less -  see Spirit Airlines......it wont be fun but it will get your there...someday!)
