@Carolyn Mazzola unless I'm missing something, appears you are confusing Property Management Software (PMS) with a Property Management Company (PMC).PMCs employ PMS to better manage properties & tenants.If you invest OOS, who will be your boots on the ground?

I have gotten permits back that i submitted in April and i Just broke ground on my builds last week... sounds like he is making excuses.

Ideally, the right company will handle everything from cleaning and booking management to on-the-ground troubleshooting for guests when needed.

As @Stuart Grazier mentioned, the first thing you need to do is get hooked up with a fantastic team on the ground.

He gave Veterans like me a free pass, and it does cover a lot of ground to new people looking to enter the business.
