The best spot to find handypeople is not on those main lists, it's in local Facebook forums because you can find a question about handypeople and then see multiple people recommending the same person in the forum.

Facebook marketplace is a great place to find potential tenants.

You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.  

Another thing I do is market all properties on Facebook market place.

Yes, it takes more effort on our end, but with the market being a bit softer, it is a necessary tool, along with Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc., that we can use to serve our owners.
