I'm getting condensation forming on a wall due to the temperature differential between the inside and outside. 

Condensation that collects in the top of the tank drips down through the fuel to the bottom of the tank where it rusts through.

How it was explained to me was that the clog is due to the vent exiting out of the roof instead of the side of the house and that condensation makes this problem worse.

Anyway, the outside condenser unit was hit pretty bad and after a back and forth with the Insurance company, they have approved entire system replacement.
