Listen to John XXX, but I am sure he passed away, by nor because he was about 75 in 2001 and I had a fallout with him in 2003 because he earned about $250,000 from me because I found every apartment building without his help, but I made sure I had him represent me as my broker and he called me stupid many times because I purchase a 24-unit apartment building and evicted the on-site apartment manager.

I've been working on getting the permits for an investment property (fix-and-flip), and recently got a Notice of hearing stating to "show cause why the building or structure located at xxx should not be declared to be substandard and why you should not be ordered to repair or destroy the building structure".

A) that means we can evict you with xx number of days notice (find out your state’s number of days) or B) we can charge you rent $xxx starting in xx days (again look up your state’s requirements) which is our month to month rate.I would either raise the rent 25% for being a jerk or evict for being a shady jerk.

It has been determined by the governmental agencies that requiring a landlord to change insurance is NOT reasonable.So, after I tell them the accommodations I will make, and the expectations they either counter--I'll pick up the waste weekly and try to argue, or say they will leave the dog with their XXX.
