I am seeing the same for my properties in Wheat Ridge and Arvada.

Was wondering if anyone is investing up in areas like Blue Ridge, Blairsville, Young Harris, Hiawassee?  

Just want to find out if you’re familiar with Chapel Ridge area…?

Right now, only Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Centennial and (soon to be) Adams County allow for Airbnb investment properties.

Norwood has a mixture... the closer to Oakley and Pleasant Ridge— B then some of the fringes are C-ish but still solid neighborhoods.
