Not to get off on a philosophical bent but I've always been of the opinion that people are born basically honest and stray off the path for one reason or another as a result life altering experiences and exposure. 

But again, its like getting into marriage, make sure you test the waters first, don't go to the alter day one.

It's an open forum and you will find members who you resonate with over time, some who you disagreed with early on and later find helpful, some who you can't stand, some where you find their feedback to be helpful in certain cases and other times find it to be awful and, most importantly, some game-changer nuggets or contacts that alter your investing.  

Just puch like in the face so hard that you alter your future... that is the point I assume. 

An individual needs to decide that they need a complete life altering change.

An experienced handyman or handymen could save thousands if you are willing to keep an eye on the project and manage tasks to save on project management of alterations. 

What culminated this decision for me was a mind-blowing, life-altering workshop I attended last month on legal tax strategies, becoming a small business owner, and the endless possibilities and opportunities of real estate.

But probably not.The fact is, I have gone through some fairly life altering events in 2016, and I'm beyond ready for a professional change.

Sometimes once the plumbing is altered or touched it will all have to be updated.

I have been to the alter twice but never sealed the deal.
