But its good, worthwhile work that can pay dividends for the rest of your life.As far as "opportunity costs" go, I often read here on BP that "My time is worth more than $15 per hour."

Any worthwhile rehabber is looking at every good deal that comes across the MLS.

Being the "resident landlord" while renting to other students your age could be a real challenge, but you'd definitely get some worthwhile experience.

If you did own the solar panels then you could probably charge more rent because electric was included, but I can't see it being a worthwhile investment from a business standpoint.
