I never called the supervisor, I called the business they never heard of the applicant and they fired the supposed supervisor.

If I were in your shoes I'd two things: first, I'd call your property management company and ask to talk to the managing partner, owner, supervisor, etc.

yes indeed, I was actually taking a class online and it was on human relations in the workplace, and I would laugh when I came to work, because I would watch things happen right before my eyes that I was reading about the night before.

But my personal experience is such that if someone ever provides me with a proof of funds letter, I'm checking with the contact at the bank who gave the letter, and their supervisor as well to ensure that the buyer actually has the specific funds mentioned in the letter, under their complete and absolute control, and that those funds have a healthy degree of seasoning before I accept it as valid.Best wishes,Rob
