That screams license (real estate) requirement in my mind.

Sounds scary to most, but it screams OPPORTUNITY to me.You see, I've always wanted to own a business (never knew what it would be exactly) and I never thought I'd be starting now.

I hear the screaming kids in the background... the dog barking... the smoker's voice... and attitude.  

Organic means any site visitor that finds your site strictly by doing web searches and clicks on a search result link.  

Long story short, the agent was not putting any effort into our unit (we had conclusive proof of this when one of the visitor told us that they had called a couple of weeks earlier and didn't get a reply). 

I was the 6th visitor...

You want the presentation to SCREAM this is the best presentation they'll get for this property.Best of luck,Kathy
