I have a small multin Charles Village I got on va. 

These zones claim to be for "stimulating growth in depressed areas" and many of these areas do indeed fit that category, but areas of Bucktown, Avondale, North Center, Roscoe Village and Ravenswood all qualify so don't dismiss your property because you feel you are in an A or B area.

Also, because this was a nicer rental home with premium rent prices, I had a drone video made of the surrounding village area and how my home fits in.

Current investments in KC are in Prairie Village. 

each village has been cracking down on STRS less than a week.  

Montgomery Village isn’t quite as aggressive and you can find some good steady investment opportunities there so might be a good place to put your money.   

Virginia Village, Park Hill, Lakewood, Athmar Park, Edgewater.

North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds.
