Steel prices are still really high.  

I am watching it bring new life to towns that have been on a downward slide since textiles, steel and other big industries were shut down or moved over seas.

Learning the LLC rules and educating yourself is extremely valuable and costs almost nothing, but a little time. 

Knowing codes is so valuable or better yet......having an architect on your team who knows them better then the inspectors!
