I can't blame developers for focusing on high-end new construction, given the risk and unbelievable headaches they must go through to get anything accomplished.

I was a complete Biggerpockets addict about 5 years ago and made a failed attempt at wholesaling... since then I have licked my wounds and I am stronger physically, mentally, and financially than ever!

I also have had a very addictive personality and I am always trying to channel that energy into good outlets.  

Kind of a halfway house scenario, but for foster kids instead of addicts.

Its an addictive sport and I was getting bored. 

But if you are trying sell a system then you shout it from the rooftops and make wildly unbelievable claims with apparent "proof" and hope people believe you.

Steve,when we were in the middle of the unbelievable Export timber prices in the early 90s on the west coast.. my partner would always say its a false market..
