I recently bought a few multi family properties in Memphis Tennessee and I am having somewhat of a challenging time driving traffic for rentals,Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,What we tried Facebook Market placeZillow Was wondering if there are brokers that do rentals in those neighborhoods,I have 40 Apartments to fill I am desperate.   

Ideally looking for something 1-2 hours (traffic not included) outside of Boston. 

Check to see If there are any specific street design requirements, DOT requirements, permits or traffic studies, DWQ, Army Corp or any other environmental requirements or permits. 

No traffic, low prices, strategic logistics make this a great choice to invest.There is a lot of discussion on Opportunity Zones and what they are, but not many discussions on where they are. 

If it’s a casino, I think you’d mostly get wknd & holiday traffic so doubtful you’d exceed 180 rental days in a yr.

The small businesses downtown thrive on foot traffic.  

Like it's not in the worst area but few blocks down the road there is greyhound bus terminal and some unwarranted foot traffic.

Lastly, what does the immediate area look like in terms of traffic counts, population growth, and (just as importantly) egress, ingress, and safety.

You'll also want to impress upon them the benefits to the town that come with that, increased tax base, low traffic business, etc.

They will either be demanding or can just barely afford it now and you will run into payment issues...PASS....If you are getting low traffic, then its often advertising.
