I would spend the time and money to attend shows like Inside Self Storage or the Self Storage Association trade shows.

BTW, I was just in Phoenix last month for a trade show with my employer.

By and large, my tenants don't want hand outs, they want good value and they know I am doing this to make money and they appreciate that and have no problem at all with it.

My impression is that mediacl school must hand out a large dose of entitlement attitudes with degrees.

And you want to hand out an unknown number of space heaters with or without extension cords to heat a entire apartment?

Hi Kyle, I am aware of a note trade show shaping up for November 6-8 in Dallas. 

You might be able to hand out flyers to people in your local grocery store parking lot.

Hand out cards to your nail tech, banker, anyone that you engage with. 

I found some local meet-ups that encompass Oregon and Washington and found an investor who will let me give him my pitch over some coffee @Taylor L.Thank you all for taking the time to hand out advice like this.

Newbies to BP, some of us are paying it back so to speak, it's because we love the business, the industry, don't get that confused with value to you since you're probably not in a position to evaluate the value of advice, if you were, you probably wouldn't ask the question LOL.I've made more in consultation than most will ever make on their first deal or in 10 deals, just because I don't have my hand out doesn't mean you're getting poor advice, did your parents charge you to raise you?
