Unfortunately it didn’t pan out.

From a lender perspective, you may become a riskier borrower, at that point, you would not have a steady income and you would not have shown that the other investments are panning out. 

I am just getting started into RE investing and I am currently living in a place that I am renting for the next 5 months til I get my first property, but I want to learn as much as I can before I get that first property so do you think it’s a good idea for me to work for a property management company so I can learn the ins and outs about being a landlord and dealing with issues in properties and learning how to solve them like toilets or garbage disposals?

Am I going to need some kind of extension for the toilet due to the increase in height?

We’ve had trees fall on cars, furnace failures, and toilets run up hundreds of dollars in water bills.

Water Co. said 90% of the time it is an issue with a leaky toilet so we replaced the only toilet in the house just to be safe and shut the water off. 

This will make them think twice about what they are flushing down the toilet.

I am curious how Zillow response and how this pans out.
