From what I understand, the "tax relief for deadbeats act" ends in less than 60 days, so hopefully that will relegate the short-sale to the history books where they belong.

So if you can keep your facets open or meter out to allow pressure to escape, or they make a high pressure relief washer for facets for this reason, throw some heat tape and insulation back in the box and you should be alright.

They also believe my house is well below market value so hopefully a sale will come soon so I can move on and my pregnant wife can breathe a sigh of relief hahaI do dream of getting into real estate one day and hopefully this house will be my hardest learning curve but other than the final result (which happens to be the most important) I do believe I followed the rules well of structure first, kitchen 2nd, bathrooms and landscape 3rd all while keeping materials relative to comps.
