IF SO, IT LOOKS STRANGE.

It's a nice roundtable discussion of what we're working on, strange issues that come up, questions and answers, and what we are looking for.

The way the bedroom door opens away from the wall is strange too but I see why they did that because of the closet. 

However what we’ve seen is the same “strange bedfellow” situation we’ve seen elsewhere with the hotel industry teaming up with existing permit holders to keep the number of rentals capped, benefiting both sides greatly.

I will go ahead and bare my own strategy:This is assuming the purchase price of the home is between $80k-150k...If the rehab takes 1-2 weeks we look for a $20k+If the rehab takes 2-4 weeks we look for a $30k+If the rehab takes 4 weeks+ we look for a $40k+I know this is probably a very strange strategy, but it works well for our business model.

With regard to frozen pipes, I find this statement strange because I've never seen a REO that have not been winterized (Main shut off, all faucets and valves are turned on and the drainage pipe are drained).

I agree with @Susan K. that something seems strange.

I strangely take a lot of comfort in the fact that MTV chose Austin as the home of one of their Real World Seasons.I was somewhat indecisive between Austin and Denver, but the Austin area has one the nation's best school systems and no snow ( I figure when seniors move for retirement, theyd rather have a little heat than have to deal with snow).

ok, this is a strange one...i have a couple that applied for a $1k house. they are ditching their paid off house in detroit because their taxes and area are terrible. they heard gun shots at night. some of those houses can be picked up for $500, but that's another story.he makes 75k, she makes $35. so income is not a problem.using TU move service, they are absolutely current on all bills. everything is green.he has 3 collections (total ~$800). she has 4 judgements (~1800) and 3 collections (shares one with him).i liked them when i met with them. and i can read people very well.i want to talk to her to find out what happened, but wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions.
