You do have a big yellow City of Atlanta sticker for the code violation.  

My main business currently is a printing company that specializes in screen printing, embroidery, vinyl sticker/decals, and anything marketing regarding small businesses, churches, etc. but want to switch over to real estate investing full time.

(i.e. a no gun sticker on the front door may make a tenant paranoid that someone may have been bringing guns onto the property and that something previously happened).  

It's now engulfed by sticker bushes.

I just paid $950 to clear an acre of woods and underbrush--small trees, solid sticker bushes throughout, trimming of low branches--and we are in a high cost of living area where the contractors live better than we do.

Any sign place can make you a sticker.  

Posting a no trespassing sign and putting a smith-wesson sticker on the door may work too.
