We used ALE relocation services and they were great, you can register on their site when you have a vacancy and they will let you know if they need you but it is somewhat based on luck if they need you.  

I wish they would work on those before jumping into their own services that you can add on. 

As you move up the scale to higher prices, you get more benefits/services.  

A good broker should also submit to the investor a copy of the presentation they submit to a lender for an application.Concerning transparency, a good broker is transparent in what they charge the investor for their services.

So, every non-government job your tenants have will end in the foreseeable future unless new companies move into the city and create replacement jobs that pay similar wages and require similar skills; Otherwise, soon all that will be left are lower-paying service sector jobs.
