@Louis Cooks, Start by deciding where you want to invest ( your niche), then look into BP at that particular area you are interested in.  

Notice the name doesn’t say anything about painting – they’re a handyman service.The house they were working on is a 70s model house that was owned by a smoker and has paneling throughout.

If you had a dedicated smoker unit you wouldn't have to remove the smell between each tenant.Does anybody allow smoking in apartments?

Best practice is to make the call to change the utilities at lease signing, together.Be aware that tenants without electricity sometimes do dangerous things, like use candles for light, charcoal/gas grills for cooking (sometimes inside!)

He is renting out to 12 students each with there own room and hiring a part time lady to cook 2 meals for them a day, clean twice a week and run errands..

The apartment is in Elmwood Park IL which is located right outside of Chicago in Cook County.  

We want to be able to cook whatever we want. 

If it does not have an oven/stove, it is not a kitchen because you cannot cook in it.

  Smokers will always smoke inside regardless of what they say or agree to.
