Specifics--the land is 0.5 miles from the exit 14 along I-4 and within 1 mile radius, there's a 2,500 student High school, a 900+ charter K-8 and a 1300 elementary school and behind this land is an RV Resort of at least 500 residents.

Quality skiing 30-60 minutes away. 15 minutes from excellent hiking and biking trails, golfing, etc..4. 30 minutes from Newbury beach and 15 minutes from Canobie Lake ParkIt's tough for me to gauge the attractiveness of vacationing here since I've lived in TX for over a decade.

Places like Myrtle Beach, Jackson Hole, and other tourist destinations have the catch of being nice places to visit aesthetically, filling a niche (beach, skiing) and are filled with local shops and a hospitality industry that can accommodate tons of visitors.

As long as you weren't planning to use it yourself to ski Crested Butte...I'd sell. 90 days isn't tenable and 30+ day rentals will demand a far lower rate.Take that money as a huge win and find a new property!
