hello, my name is benjamin and I am 22 years old.Ive always wanted to get started in real state, and I’ve been saving for an investment property and get started.The problem for me comes now when my family wants to buy a home, and be owned by all of us (sister,brother,parents and me).

Plans to were announced last month to invest $2B into the cities airport in anticipation of the population/business travel growth.

You could likely mirror the model in other markets that require transient workers such as traveling nurses or those working in the oil and construction fields. 

I live outside of Winnipeg, but would be willing to travel for meetups.

(Yes I know there are other restrictions/conditions.)In the past, I have toyed with the idea of a vacation/rental property in Ocean City, MD, Rehoboth/Bethany/Dewy, DE, and/or the Deep Creek Lake, MD area (I like the idea of being within 3 hours of the rental property in case something goes horrible wrong and I need to travel to the property). 

Can you work remotely or your job requires intense travelling.

I've been traveling a bunch so it has been a little slow so far, but I expect it will be done and back on the market in the next 30 days or so. 

As someone that's traveled (13 year Army veteran), I saw the value and still think prices here are extremely reasonable for all the natural beauty and access to amenities.Interest rates have priced a lot of first time home buyers out of the markets.
