If you work hard on your site, build backlinks, engage in regular "social signals", keep your site up-to-date with fresh content, you will climb.Although Google does change its algorithm overtime, the trend has been to make "technicalities" less relevant.  

I know that some providers offer service for when you have issues with the signal going down.

Wholeheartedly agree on having good data sources, I'm very much at the infancy of figuring out what's accessible on what approach to take.I'd be curious to know what kind of results you've been able to get, and what signals have you found to be the most effective.

Not hard to get but they know you're there and can trace your signal.

All the voucher holders know that is a signal that you target section 8.

The covid effect will signal a cultural shift to commute into big cities for these affluent people when they need to (which won't be daily), not being in the thick of the action all the time.  

I'm not sure but I don't think you can sign all this and just say, "whoops I'll have my new agent list it and my sister in law" Now on the flip side you may be able to hold the guy to the contract but really...do you want to?
