I share the lifestyle sentiment above, those numbers are about what the lifestyle they bring.

Hey Louise, I share your sentiments regarding the MD area.

Now, I know that desire does not equal value and there is also no market value for sentimental attachment, but in working with a realtor before, I did not think that to be an unreasonable goal.

That's a nice sentiment, but generally not true.

@Scott Nipp disclaimer...these are my personal thoughts.I agree with most of the sentiments stated above...one additional thing is that it's a 2 story home.

Provide separate, non-sentimental towels, bedding, glassware, flatware, furniture, tablecloths.  

You may not get professional data-driven analysis from fellow investors but what you will get is the general sentiment in the investor circles.  

I'd echo most of the sentiments on here that expenses appear low.

Than you @Hattie DizmondI see many of the same sentiments here about Dodd-Frank, much of it not really written for "public consumption" it can be difficult reading for those not well versed in the finance arena and related regulatory matters.

I don't think you necessarily disagree with that sentiment though, but leading with the heart/emotions is a recipe for disaster.
