Can anyone recommend a good place to purchase a mattress that you don't have to worry about getting ripped off?

The Court protects the beneficiaries of the Trust from being ripped off by a unscrupulous Trustee such as selling the Real property below market value to their girlfriend/boyfriend/business partner/etc...

Make sure if you do buy turnkey you are actually dealing with the company and not someone who knows a company looking to make an extra rip off of you.

He would do the ripping out of the drywall, possibly insulating the drain pipes if they were in fact frozen.

We ripped this floor up as well.

BUT, one unit needs a small amount of work(carpet was ripped out- hardwood needs sanded/finished), new paint, etc...

Also NEVER use the PROFORMA to calculate your numbers, use actual verified data so you don't get ripped off!

I might find other ways to help your credit than getting involved in one of these rip offs.

I'm also not ripping out any restaurant equipment until I get a long term (more than 3 years most likely 5-10) non-restaurant lease signed.

-Roof - roof has a leak -Tons of water damage - mold is horrible in the basement- Walls are all beat up with holes everywhere( looks like their was a royal rumble in the house) - Kitchen ceiling is cut open- bathroom shower wall is ripped open and ceiling of shower is cracking- windows are leaking - kitchen floor is buckled up from water damage- Both upper and lower deck are in horrible condition( i was honestly afraid to walk on it) - Outside molding around windows is cracked and damaged- all outside lights are broken- carpets every single one is ruined- Bathroom sink is shot- Kitchen cabinets all have water damage- And again ill say their is a big mold problem so i have no idea how much that will cost.The condo has 6 rooms , 2 bed rooms , 2 full baths , 1 half bath 1280 sq ft.
