Once a seller hears that you're a licensed real estate agent, they can shut off.

We tend to drive the same route to work every day, eat at the same restaurants, spend time with the same people.

She has paid her utilities but she may have shut them off now or switched them out of her name. 

@Calus GlispieNot to be mean, but just keeping things real.....you basically went into a restaurant and said up front to them, I am giving you a penny, as in one cent as a tip.....and I'd like you to give me a discount off the price of your lunch special. 

Now they have to amend those original plans and possibly have the project delayed or shut down since it will affect your property.
