It sounds like you may have already read this, but Real Estate Law and Asset Protection by David Willis is a book written specifically about this scenario and specifically regarding Texas Law.

Negotiated with sellers agent back and forth for a week and seller accepted my offer How did you finance this deal?

I'm new to real estate investing I didn't even get started yet, I'm just looking for a way to get my foot in the door because I know if I don't I never will 

My clients are mainly real estate developers, PE funds and individual investors doing syndications and my core skill is in real estate valuation / due diligence across real estate asset classes. 

The power of the Roth combined with alt assets like real estate is 2nd to none! 

They are not experienced real estate investors, they are retired and looking to create additional income.

Hey Bigger Pockets, I’ve decided to get out of my analysis paralysis and actually jump into real estate investing- focusing initially on wholesaling.
