Running between two offices is not the way to do it nor is just getting title insurance on just the property especially with a SF note being made.Now, in some places, I can see due to the SAFE Act, insuring the loss of note might be a problem as to insuring a closing, it can be excluded but the settlement should be insured, I'd have to check on the note issue, so call your title co. and ask.Folks need to keep in mind that how they do something may not be done in other states or may be local custom, as K.

All that equity tied up in each property is a massive liability because a properly crafted lawsuit can gain access to all of it.Debt/Leverage is not a problem as long as it's covered by the operating income with enough buffer to weather a bad market.
